Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Tacoma, WA via USPS or UPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped out to you. Once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Our US flat rate shipping cost is $7 and CANADA is $20. US orders will receive free shipping on orders over $100.

 

Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location and double-check you are entering the correct delivery address for your package. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. After your package has shipped, it is in the hands of USPS/UPS. Please reach out to your local post office/UPS to assist you with locating your package! Any packages that get sent back to us will be subject to returned shipping fees. If you have entered the wrong address when checking out, please contact us immediately with the correct shipping info so we can correct it before sending it out. Thank you!
